I'm Frostina Renae, and I help Women take back their health.

A little bit about me, born in a small town in Nebraska and moved back there as a teenager I can definitely say I'm a small-town girl. I enjoy the simple things in life and am beyond grateful for everything we have been blessed with. Life is what you make of it!
Hubby and I currently reside in the somewhat small town of East Wenatchee Washington. We have 4 kiddos and 8 grandkids and 2 greats. I love to garden, read, bike, hike, camp, fish, yoga, dance and have fun with friends and family. I am also trained in reiki energy healing. I love learning! I have been in the childcare field for 20+ years until my recent retirement. At about that time Dr. Mindy Pelz came out with a Fast like a Girl certification course. Having been following her for a year and losing 30 pounds with the strategies she teaches; I jumped on board! I am so excited to help other women learning about their bodies. I will be your loving guide through your journey whatever it may be. Looking forward to it.

Like many women, as I entered my forties, I began to experience perimenopausal symptoms including the dreaded middle age weight gain. Despite increased exercise & calorie restriction I could not budge the number on the scale. Fast like a girl has been a game changer. I'm busting these Myth's about Fasting!

Fasting is difficult and unsustainable:

Definitely not true as there are thousands of people who have been fasting for many, many years. You will have a flexible schedule with many fasts to choose from. Once you establish a routine, fasting becomes second nature and integrates smoothly into your daily life. There are many amazing fasting communities online or in person, where you can share experiences, advice, and encouragement. Having a support system can significantly ease the transition.

Fasting is time consuming and expensive

With fewer meal to prepare and eat, you save time on cooking and grocery shopping. This can lead to more time for yourself and other activities. Fasting simplifies your eating routine. You don't need to plan elavorate meals every day, which means less stress and more focus on enjoying nutricious food when you eat. I know this can seem difficult with families but I can help you with tips and tricks to making your meal prep easier. I haven't met a child yet who doesn't love fresh fruits and veggies when that is what is to eat. you can do this!
